This project is based on the dairy products which examines the level of customer satisfaction on the milk of Safal milk of Safal Brand. Only 65 samples have been used in this study following the random sampling method. Data were collected using both primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through questionnaire method. It was found that nearly 32 respondents were a regular customer. Majority of respondents came to know about the product from the retailer. Most of the direct users of Safal milk are all members of the family. Most of the respondents consume milk for both purposes i.e. for tea and for the direct drink. Respondent was highly satisfied by the availability of milk. Likewise, 41 respondents agree that the price of the product matches the quality. And it was found that Safal milk is able to match the expectation level of customer. Out of 65 respondent, 50 respondents haven’t found brand milk better than Safal milk and 10 respondents were not aware of other milk product. Majority of respondents were highly satisfied from availability, brand name and most of them were satisfied from a price. Quality, advertisement, and taste.
